At Dripp Nails, your satisfaction matters — but so does hygiene. For that reason, we’re unable to offer returns or exchanges due to change of mind, wrong size, or style preferences. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, or you received the wrong item — we’ve got you. Please contact us at contact@drippnails.com within 3 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return or refund due to a damaged or incorrect product, the item must meet all of the following conditions:

  • Unused and in original condition

  • Includes all tool kit items

  • Returned in original packaging

  • Includes receipt or proof of purchase

  • Return request has been pre-approved by our team

Returns sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of the approval status. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 14 business days.
